Vineta Hotel

Following a four-year restoration, The Vineta Hotel has reopened as part of the Oetker Collection’s U.S. debut. Working closely with Tino Zervudachi and the Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi team, Kerf Collective engineered and crafted cabinetry, millwork, and specialty trim throughout the ground-floor public spaces.

The work supports a sensitive balance between preservation and reinvention, bringing a refined tactile quality to the hotel’s social core while respecting its 1926 Mediterranean Revival heritage.
