In West Palm Beach’s SoSo neighborhood, this private residence, originally a c.1925 Mediterranean Revival villa in the tradition of Addison Mizner, was reimagined by designer David Lucido. Kerf Collective developed custom furniture, cabinetry, built-ins, and concealed hinge doors, working primarily in Douglas fir and pine to elevate these understated materials into precise architectural elements.

The project reflects a quiet approach to craft, defined by restraint, proportion, and close collaboration with the design team.
